My ten years working with the underprivileged people (especially Orphans and Widows) and communities heavily affected by HIV/AIDS and Poverty, I have developed key formidable competencies in children and women rights issues, civil society administration and management, planning, community mobilization, community development, teaching & facilitation, social activities, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, participatory methods and tools as well as community needs assessment where has exhibited a high level of professional competence in strategic planning and practical skills of exploring the range of possible solutions to solve complicated and unfamiliar challenges, I strongly believe in a transformed community empowered to cope with its situations and surroundings. My goal in life is to fight poverty and ignorance and give the opportunity to those people who are locked out.
