Inclusion Statement:

COTFONE considers inclusion a priority and ensures that all the beneficiaries and partners are meaningfully involved, respected, and safe.  Our programs and activities are open to all without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, sex, age, mental or physical disability. We are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment that allows for universal access and participation. Where barriers to participation are identified, we strive with realistic considerations and adapt programs, rules, policies, or expectations to reduce or remove the barriers. The physical safety and emotional well-being of all our initiatives’ beneficiaries is a high priority and the ultimate consideration in all our decisions.
