These are not statistics, they are just real voices of citizens from Buganda region. As Community Transformation Foundation Network (COTFONE), we believe in a people-powered transformation.
That’s why the organisation has been on the ground holding various community consultative meetings across the region from Masaka to Lwengo, Bukomansimbi, Kyotera and Kalungu.
The message is very clear, Communities want quality health services, not just buildings, but social workers, maternal care, and real accountability. The youth are demanding jobs, not empty promises.
“Parents are crying out for inclusive, practical education and school meals to keep children learning”, said residents in Masaksays Yisito Muddu Kayinga, the COTFONE Director.
Through our ongoing campaign, we’re amplifying these demands and working with partners to build a Buganda Regional Manifesto that speaks directly to leaders and policymakers ahead of the 2026 elections.
